CAPITAL PLANNED MAINTENANCE

PROGRAMME 2026/2027 II

  1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 20 May 2026 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

ONLY AS AND WHEN SIGNED AS PART OF

  1. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to carry out planned maintenance works.

  2. Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a signed diversion route will be in place for vehicular traffic.

  3. This Order comes into force on 20 May 2026 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
