Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure
in its capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of
its powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffi c Regulation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1997 has temporarily prohibited the
use of the above named road to through traffi c, from the
junction of U5654 Acorn Hill to the junction of U5654 McGinn
Park from 08:00 on Tuesday 19 May 2026 until 18:00 on
Tuesday 02 June 2026.
Local access and access for emergency vehicles will be
maintained at all times.
This closure is to facilitate work by NIE Networks.
An alternative route will be signed with traffi c being diverted via:
U5654 Mill Road, B0112 Derrymore Road, A0025 Camlough

its powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffi c Regulation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1997 has temporarily prohibited the
use of the above named road to through traffi c, from the
junction with Cranfi eld Road to the junction with Dunnaval
Road from 08:00 on Monday 11 May 2026 until 18:00 on
Friday 12 June 2026.
Local access and access for emergency vehicles will be
maintained at all times.
