TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s): ORDER NO. MCC000 150136384 : The City of Manchester (Thorley Lane, Woodhouse Park Ward) (Temporary Prohibition of Left-Hand Turn) Order 2026 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit the left -hand turn from its junction with Enterprise Way.
The alternative routes for traffic will be Thorley Lane, Enterprise Way, Outwood Lane West Roundabout.
The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate replacing a defective carriageway chamber frame and cover.
It is expected that the works will be in progress from the 2nd June 2026 to the 4th June 2026. The order shall come into operation on the 2nd June 2026 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months.
