THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(UNION STREET AREA, RETFORD) (AMENDMENTS TO RESIDENTS' CONTROLLED ZONE) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (1332)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Retford in the Bassetlaw District:
UNION STREET, RETFORD
1. Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: (west side)
• From a point 68 metres north of its junction with Grove Street in a northerly direction for 27 metres.
• From a point 103 metres north of its junction with Grove Street in a northerly direction for 31 metres.
2. Residents' Only Parking At Any Time along the following lengths of road: (west side)
• From a point 95 metres north of its junction with Grove Street in a northerly direction for 8 metres.
• From a point 132 metres north of its junction with Grove Street in a northerly direction for 6 metres.
