D3000 Cemetery Pales, Brookwood, Woking
(40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2026
On 19 May 2026 Surrey County Council made the above-named Order, under section 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit in that length of D3000 Cemetery Pales, Brookwood, Woking as extends from a point 50 metres southwest of its junction with A322 Bagshot Road to a point 170 metres northeast of its junction D48 Chapel Lane.
The speed limit proposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011.
A copy of the made Order, which will come into operation on 25 May 2026 together with the plan showing the length of road to which this Order relates and a Statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order may be inspected free of charge at
