The Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.55) Order 2026
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham will make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Order which comes into operation on the 27th May 2026 will be to:
1. Doria Road - Remove standard disabled bay outside no. 40.
2. Queen Caroline Estates - Installation of a Personalised disabled bay HF267 outside no.35.
3. Cloncurry Street - Personalised disabled bay HF263 to be relocated to opposite no. 1.
4. Chancellor's Road - Installation of a Personalised disabled bay HF268 outside no. 24.
5. Aycliffe Road - Standard disabled bay to be upgraded to personalised HF269, outside no. 8.
6. Old Oak Common Lane - Standard disabled bay to be upgraded to personalised HF270, outside no. 118.
7. Sedgeford Road - Cycle hanger installed on single yellow line side of no. 13 Aldbourne Road.
8. Aldbourne Road - Removal of 4.7 m of shared use parking bay at the side of no. 13 Wormholt Road, replaced with double yellow line and cycle hanger.
9. Imperial Square - Remove a small parking bay and install double yellow lines outside no. 4.
10. Watermeadow Lane - Convert car club bay into a shared use bay.
11. To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.
3. A copy of the Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court may write to the Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.
