NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO INSTALL TRAFFIC CALMING ON ROYAL GEORGE STREET, STOCKPORT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to install a 75mm high raised table at Royal George Street; full width of carriageway from its junction with Greek Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of 13 metres. Full details of these proposals can be viewed on the Council’s website via the following link: https://www.stockport.gov.uk/proposedtraffic-regulations-in-your area Alternatively, you can contact Stockport Legal Services at Town Hall Stockport SK1 3XE to view a hard copy of the proposals. Any person wishing to make comments on this proposal should write to the undersigned (or by email to traffic@stockport.gov.uk) on or before 10 June 2026 quoting reference number JO/14958144/01.
