KEMNAY - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Paradise Road, Kemnay – 25.05.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 25.05.26 for 10 days and will prohibit any person from driving on Paradise Road, Kemnay from the junction with Church Lane to No. 4. Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during sewer repair works. An alternative route is available via High Street to
