O 01/06/2026 i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r darn hwnnw o Ffordd Isaf, Gwynfryn rhwng ei chyffyrdd ag Allt Eisteddfod ac Allt y Pentref am bellter o 110m er mwyn galluogi Network Plus ar ran Scottish Power i uwchraddio a chysylltu’r cyflenwad trydan yn y gerbytffordd. Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau yr effeithir arnynt gan gau’r ffordd yw ar hyd Allt Eisteddfod ac Allt y Pentref a bydd arwyddion ffordd priodol yn unol â hynny. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y mae’r ffordd ar gau. Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad bara am 2 wythnos, neu nes y caiff y gwaith ei gwblhau os yn gynt, a gallai bara hyd at 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

effective from 01/06/2026 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Ffordd Isaf, Gwynfryn between its junctions with Allt Eisteddfod and Allt y Pentref for a distance of 110m to enable Network Plus on behalf of Scottish Power to upgrade and connect the electricity supply in the carriageway. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via Allt Eisteddfod and Allt y Pentref, which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The prohibition is expected to last for 2 weeks, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
