What is happening?

REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
GUISBOROUGH PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY 302 AND PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 39A/1, 39A/2, 214/4, 214/5, TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY ORDER 2026

Not less than 7 days here from the Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order is necessary to ensure the safety of the public during construction works affecting the dismantled railway line and footpath 39

The effect of the Order is to prohibit the public from the following public rights of way

• 103/302/2 between Grid Reference NZ 6227 1545 and NZ 6102 1518

• 103/39A/1 between Grid Reference NZ 6166 1543 and NZ 6142 1582

• 103/39A/2 between Grid Reference NZ 6153 1540 and NZ 6154 1539

• 103/214B between Grid Reference NZ 6126 1553 and NZ 6130 1532

The Order will come into operation on 26.5.26 and will remain in operation until such time as the works are complete or for a maximum period of 6 months, whichever is the earlier.
