(HONEYBORNE ROAD ETC, SUTTON TRINITY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
• To introduce waiting restrictions on lengths of HONEYBORNE ROAD and CARLTON CLOSE, SUTTON TRINITY.
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request (Contact Iain Aiken email: iain.aiken@birmingham.gov.uk or karl.randall@ birmingham.gov.uk or telephone Karl Randall 07766 924044).
Any person wishing to object to the proposals should write to the Director – Infrastructure and Sustainability, Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 10th June 2026.
