ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC, PARKING, WAITING,
LOADING & UNLOADING) (RESURFACING/SCRIM 26/27) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council have made the above order.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected:

Elliot Road - inbound from Cotehele Avenue to
Embankment Road
Octagon Street - for its entirety
Laira Bridge Road - inbound between Heles
Terrace to Elliot Road
Plymbridge Road - from Blue Haze Close to
Fine Tubes Car Park
Embankment Road - outbound from Cattedown
Roundabout to Langham Place
Miller Way - from Rothbury Gardens to Dover
Road (includes suspension of the no RHT ban
onto Dover Road)
Mannamead Road - from Compton Avenue to
Mutley Road & Eggbuckland Road to Higher
Compton Road
Derriford Road - from Plymbridge Road to
Hospital Road
Thorn Park - Suspension of the one-way
system from number 15 to Mannamead Road
Marjon Hill - suspension of the bus lane for
its entirety
Clovelly Road - from Shapters Road to Teats
Hill Road
Ham Drive - from Honicknowle Lane to
Langstone Road
Commercial Road - from Teats Hill Road to
Commercial Ope
Langstone Road - suspension of the no RHT
onto Ham Drive
Gashouse Lane - suspension of the one way
system for its entirety
Crownhill Road - eastbound from Budshead

Devon’s boundary border

It is anticipated that the phased resurfacing and all associated work will take place at the above locations between 1st June 2026 and 30th September 2026. Advance warning boards will be displayed on site at each location to communicate exact dates and times nearer the time.

This temporary restrictions are considered necessary to enable phased resurfacing and all associated work.
