TEMPORARY PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER – UKREiiF EVENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council as traffic authority for the Leeds Metropolitan District, has today made an Order, due to the likelihood of danger arising to the public of holding the above event. The event requires a road closure and the implementation of parking restrictions. The effect of the Order is that: 1. No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along a. Armouries Drive; from Chadwick Street to Clarence Road (including all parking bays, disabled & taxi parking (whilst the road closure is in place) (Signed local diversions will be in operation; or b. Armouries Way (lane Closure eastbound lane for its full length); from Black Bull Street to White Rose Place (including suspension of all parking and loading) with managed access and egress; from 23:59 hours on Tuesday 19 May 2026 until 12:00 hours on Thursday 21 May 2026. 2. Park in those parking bays situated on Chadwick Street, from 25m north of Chadwick Street South, for a distance of 50m along the western carriageway edge; daily from 7.00 hours until 19;00 hours; daily during the period Tuesday 19 May 2026 - Thursday 21 May 2026. The Order will not at any time prevent access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which the Order relates, or to any premises accessible for pedestrians from, and only from, any such road.
