Balmoor Terrace, Peterhead - Changes to Waiting Restrictions

ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

PETERHEAD – PROPOSED REDUCTION OF WAITING RESTRICTIONS

Aberdeenshire Council proposes to make “The Aberdeenshire Council (Balmoor Terrace, Peterhead) (Reduction of waiting restrictions) Order, 2026” under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The effect of the order will be to reduce existing waiting restriction on Balmoor Terrace, Peterhead as follows:

REDUCTION OF WAITING RESTRICTION A982 BALMOOR TERRACE

Existing eastbound ‘At Any Time’ restrictions to be reduced by a distance of 53 metres. The reduction will remove ‘At Any Time’ waiting restrictions from a point 106 metres east of the extended eastern kerbline of U190b Balmoor Terrace to a point 160 metres east of the extended eastern kerbline of U190b Balmoor Terrace.

Existing westbound ‘At Any Time’ restrictions to be reduced by a distance of 43 metres. The reduction will remove ‘At Any Time’ waiting restrictions from a point 106 metres east of the extended eastern kerbline of U190b Balmoor Terrace to a point 150 metres east of the extended eastern kerbline of U190b Balmoor Terrace.
