HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid Ilai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd air effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:

Groeswen Road, o’r gyffordd a Bronmynydd am bellter o tua 550 metr i gyfeiriad y dwyrain.

Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 23 Mai 2026 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 5 Mehefin 2026.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr, preswylwyr ac i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys Ile bo modd.

Bydd arwyddion y gwyriad yn dangos Ilwybrau amgen.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Groeswen Road, from its junction with Bronmynydd fora distance of approx. 550 metres in an easterly direction.

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 23rd May 2026 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 5th June 2026. Access for pedestrians, residents and emergency service vehicles will be maintained where possible.

Alternative routes are via the signed diversion route. The reason for making the Order is to allow for cabling works. The order is required by NGED.
