THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MIDDLESBROUGH (GLENDALE ROAD SPEED CUSHION) CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD HUMPS AND OTHER TRAFFICCALMING WORKS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough ("The Council") in exercise of its powers under Section 90A, 90C and 90G of the Highways Act 1980 and all other enabling powers proposes to add traffic calming measures on the road(s) and of a type as specified in the Schedule hereto.
A copy of this Notice and a plan showing the lengths of road affected may be inspected at Central Library, Centre Square, Middlesbrough, TS1 2AY between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (excluding bank holidays) and at www.middlesbrough.gov. uk . If you wish to object to the proposals you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the undersigned no later than 21 days from the date of this Notice. If no objections are received the works will proceed without further notice.
SCHEDULE Proposed works - speed cushion; Dimensions - Approximately 1.7m by 2.5m, 75mm max. height; Length of road affected - 171m south of the southern kerb line of Arlington Road.
