THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
(DURNFORD STREET, EMMA PLACE, EMMA PLACE OPE, BARRACK PLACE, DUNFORD STREET OPE, CREMYLL STREET) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council has made the above order

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads

Roads affected:

Durnford Street - from Emma Place to Durnford Street Ope

Emma Place - from Durnford Street to Emma Place Ope

Emma Place Ope - from Emma Place to Caroline Place

Barrack Place - from Caroline Place to Cremyll Street

Durnford Street Ope - reversal of one-way system for its entirety

Cremyll Street - one-way suspension from Durnford Street to Durnford Street Ope

Durnford Street - no vehicles exceeding 14T or 25ft in length from Stonehouse Street to Admiralty Road From: 31st May 2026 for a maximum of 18 months To: 30th June 2026
Times: 24hrs

This emergency temporary restriction is considered necessary to facilitate unstable building safety works
