What is happening?
BOROUGH OF ROCHDALE
(EID PRAYERS, ROCHDALE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along both sides of Bolton Road from its junction with Marland Fold for a distance of 150 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order is required to maintain the free flow of traffic along Bolton Road during the times that the event is being held.
The Order will be operative from 06:00 until 11:30 on the 27th May 2026.
