What is happening?

INSTALLATION OF ROAD HUMPS
BRANDWOOD PARK ROAD, BRANDWOOD & KINGS HEATH
NOTICE is also hereby given that above named Council proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct speed cushions up to a maximum height of 75mm, at the following approximate locations, for the purpose of reducing speed:
1. BRANDWOOD PARK ROAD – 1 set north east of its junction with Reaside Crescent
2. BRANDWOOD PARK ROAD – 3 sets between its junctions with Reaside Crescent and Lifford Close
3. BRANDWOOD PARK ROAD – 1 set between its junctions with Lifford Close and Newick Grove
4. BRANDWOOD PARK ROAD – 1 set between its junctions with Newick Grove and Boatmans Reach
5. BRANDWOOD PARK ROAD – 2 sets between its junctions with Boatmans Reach and Yarningale Road
6. BRANDWOOD PARK ROAD – 3 sets between its junctions with Yarningale Road and Kernthorpe Road
7. BRANDWOOD PARK ROAD – 3 sets between its junctions with Kernthorpe Road and Monyhull Hall Road.
