Fosters Lane - Temporary Road Closure Due To Wessex Water New Connection Works

Somerset Council Parish of South Barrow Temporary Closure of Fosters Lane

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Fosters Lane - from 94 metres south-east of the junction with North Barrow Road, south-eastwards for a total distance of 73 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection works.

The Order becomes effective on 15th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 18th May 2026 and last until 22nd May 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
