(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION)

(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (AMENDMENT No.**) ORDER 202*

OLDFIELD ROAD, HAMPTON

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effects of the Waiting and Loading Restrictions Order will be to introduce a length of single yellow lines and a loading restriction of the north-east side of Oldfield Road operating between 7am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

3. Copies of further particulars giving details to the proposals: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 26/075, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council’s web-site at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Director of Highways and Street Scene,, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 28 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. Representations may also be sent by email to Trafficorders@richmond.gov.uk

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Road Closure

Middle Lane, Teddington.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate remedial works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Middle Lane, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Middle Lane, Teddington outside number 10.

3. Whilst the works take place, an alternative route for diverted traffic will be available via The Causeway, Broad Street, Elleray Road, and Vice versa.

4. The order will come into effect on 18 May 2026 These works are anticipated to be in progress from 18 May to 19 May 2026 The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated. The parking restrictions and road closures will operate on a rolling basis.

3. The order will come into effect on 18 May 2026. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 18 May 2026 until 17 September 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate electrical works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in River Lane, Petersham.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in River Lane, Petersham from a point outside The Navigators House for a distance of 30 metres southwards to a point outside The Manor House.

3. The order will come into effect on 19 May 2026 These works are anticipated to be in progress at all times from 19 May 2026 to 21 May 2026 The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
