Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
TISDALE RISE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable duct laying works.
Order Commences: 18 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Tisdale Rise, Westonbirt Close, Bodnant Way, Rawnsley Drive and vice versa.

NORTON CURLIEAU LANE, PINLEY ROAD & DARK LANE, HATTON
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable overhead cabling works, 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 18 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Dark Lane, Hockley Road, Hughes Hill, Shrewley Common, The Cumsey, Lye Green Road, The Green, Station Road, Gannaway Road, Gannaway, Hatton Road, Norton Curlieau Lane and vice versa.

FIVE WAYS ROAD, HATTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable new water connection works.
Order Commences: 20 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 May 2026.

D4419 NORTH VILLIERS STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Villiers Street to Upper Hill Street. Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction and associated works, 08.00hrs - 17.00hrs weekdays only excluding Bank Holiday.
Order Commences: 18 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Villiers Street, Lower Villiers Street, Upper Hill Street and vice versa. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415302.
D4698 LANDOR ROAD & D4694 FRANKLIN ROAD, WHITNASH, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic – Landor Road closed between its junctions with Franklin Road and St. Catherine’s Crescent, Franklin Road closed between its junctions with Heathcote Road and Whitmore Road.
Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction and associated works, 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs weekdays only excluding Bank Holidays.
Order Commences: 18 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 5 June 2026.
Access & Diversion: Heathcote Road, Murcott Road East, Franklin Road, Gleave Road, Murcott Road West, Landor Road and vice versa.
While works are in progress vehicular access/egress to/from Summerton Road will be via Murcott Road West or Gleave Road.

Access & Diversion: Rounds Hill, Oaks Road, St Nicholas Avenue, Mortimer Road, Rouncil Lane and vice versa.

HASELEY KNOB, HASELEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable new electricity supply works.
Order Commences: 18 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 21 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Haseley Knob, Clattyland Lane, Honiley Road, Schol Lane and vice versa. Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01773 458174.
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
EMSCOTE ROAD & FOSBERRY CLOSE, WARWICK
Order Effect: Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from making a Right Turn from Emscote Road onto Fosberry Close and from making a Right Turn from Fosberry Close onto Emscote Road.
Reason for Order: To safely enable utility works.
Order Commences: 31 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 31 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Emscote Road, Charles Street, Wharf Street, Campriano Drive, Beaurevoir Way, Fosberry Close and vice versa.

WHARF STREET, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Installation of new duct in footways.
Order Commences: 1 June 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 June 2026.
Access & Diversion: Wharf Street, Charles Street, Emscote Road and vice versa. Contractor: Conley Utilities, Tel: 01675 446285.
CAPE ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from Oken Road to Deerpark Drive In addition, the Weight Restriction on West Street, High Street, Jury Street, Castle Hill, Priory Road, The Butts and St Nicholas Church Street will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: Repair/replacement of defective manhole covers and frame, overnight 19.00hrs - 06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 5 June 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 June 2026.
Access & Diversion: Cape Rad, Northgate Street, Priory Road, St Nicholas Church Street, Castle Hill, Jury Street, High Street, West Street, Stratford Road, A46, Birmingham Road, Wedgenock Lane, Upper Cape.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
