Ar 13 Mai 2026 gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd) a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, Orchymyn a fydd yn atal unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio neu deithio ar hyd Plasturton Avenue tua'r dwyrain o'r gyffordd a Stryd Pontcanna i'r gyffordd Plasturton Place.
Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn ofynnol i hwyluso gwaith ar neu ger y briffordd, a disgwylir iddo fod ar waith o ddydd Sadwrn 16 Mai 2026 i ddydd Sul 24 Mai 2026 neu nes i'r gwaith gael ei gwblhau.
Dim and ar yr adegau ac i'r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau sy'n cael eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(PLASTURTON AVENUE, CARDIFF)
(TEMPORARY ONE-WAY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
On the 13th May 2026, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any vehicle from using or proceeding along Plasturton Avenue in an eastbound direction from its junction with Pontcanna Street to its junction with Plasturton Place.
This Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near the highway and is expected to be in operation from Saturday 16th May 2026 to Sunday 24th May 2026 or until works are complete.
The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this closure will be via Pontcanna Street, Cathedral Road and Plasturton Place.
This Order is known as “The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Plasturton Avenue, Cardiff) (Temporary One-Way Road Closure) Order 2026”.
