Barnet - Proposed CPZ Parking Permit & Visitor Voucher Eligibility Amendments

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

The Barnet (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.*) Order 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 46A 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The general effect of the Charged-for Order would be to add, remove and amend addresses to the Traffic Management Order schedule where it is considered properties should be eligible to apply for Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) parking permits and visitor vouchers, as follows:

The Existing Range Of Addresses Will Be Amended To Include The Following:

Zone (BX) Brent Cross Station CPZ
Milton Court – Highfield Road

Zone (ED) Event Day CPZ
Page Court – Page Street

Zone (CE) Church End CPZ
Cumberland Court

For the below CPZs the following roads will be included for permit eligibility.
