(THTTC4155 STANTON LANE, PENSFORD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Stanton Lane, Pensford from its junction with Wick Lane extending south west for approximately 50 metres. USRN: 47920376.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Bristol Water to repair a leaking stop tap from the 19th May 2026 for a maximum period of 6 months. 

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for THREE DAYS.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Stanton Lane (remainder) – Pensford Lane – Upper Stanton – Bromley Road – B3130 Stanton Road – A37 – Church Street – Wick Lane – vice versa.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of: 

• Camerton Close, Saltford from a point outside 1 Camerton Close extending south to a its junction with Stratton Road. USRN: 47903441.

• Stratton Road, Saltford from a point outside 1 Stratton Road extending south to a point outside Stratton House. USRN: 47902994. 

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Bristol Water to excavate and lay approximately 20 metres of new main on the 18th May 2026 for a maximum period of 6 months. 

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for TWO WEEKS.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Stratton Road diversion: Stratton Road (remainder) – Norman Road – Brockley Road – Stratton Road – vice versa.

(THTTC4169 CUCKOO LANE, CLUTTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Cuckoo Lane, Clutton from its junction with Ferney Leaze Lane extending north west for approximately 45 metres. USRN: 47916501.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Contractors to carry out repairs to a property from the 1st June 2026 for a maximum period of 6 months. 

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for TWO DAYS between 09:00 - 16:00hrs.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Cuckoo Lane (remainder) – Clutton Hill – Flatts Lane – Cross Ways – A39 – Scumbrum Lane – vice versa.
