THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DURHAM

(DURHAM CITY) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2008 (VARIATION NO 1) 2026

The Council in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and of all other enabling powers for the purpose of regulating their parking places within the City of Durham, make the following variations to the parking places indicated below which will come into force on 4th Day of June 2026.
