Under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Devon County Council intend to install a new ZEBRA CROSSING on New Road, Torrington 15 metres northwest of Dicks Hill Lane. Works on the scheme are due to begin in July 2026.
A plan can be seen at devon.ccitro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. The plan is also available to view during normal office hours at the address below in main reception.
