ORDER 2026

Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic and prohibiting the waiting and loading of vehicles on New Row (from East Port to Park Ave).

The Order is to allow carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 25/05/26 to 05/06/26 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via Priory La, Moodie St, Nethertown, Broad St, St. Margarets Dr and East Port. Access for emergency service vehicles, residents’ vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
