What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(CHAIN WALK, LOZELLS) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be as follows:
• To introduce No Waiting at Any Time on the east side of CHAIN WALK, LOZELLS.
The Order will come into operation on 15th May 2026.

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 14th May 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
