What is happening?

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026

TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 22BB of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Public Bridleway 16 between SS 7409 4773 and SS 7439 4861, Parish of Brendon.

The Order has been made because of the likelihood of danger to the public using Public Bridleway 16 due to a landslip.

The Order came into force on 7th May 2026 and will remain in force for six months.

An alternative route around the works compound will be provided.
