(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston.
This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th June 2026 to
17th July 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends
included.
Road affected - Road From Leburnick Cross To Roundhill Cottages, Lawhitton, Launceston between grid SX 35337 80748 and SX 35364 80629.
An alternative route will be signed on site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the
RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston.
This prohibition is necessary for capital drainage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st June 2026 to 19th June 2026.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Badgall Road, Badgall, Launceston between grid reference SX 23275 86477 and property known as Willow Cottage.

RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th June 2026 to 10th June 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th June 2026, for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
