What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) Temporary Road Closure New Brent Street, NW4

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate essential carriageway and footway improvement works, under a section 278 agreement with LBB council, for the development called ‘Fosters Estate, NW4’ they have made an Order which will allow a road closure on New Brent Street, NW4.

The works will commence on Friday 15th May 2026 at 8:00am and is expected to last for 70 days.

Access will be always maintained for residents.

Diversion route is: North Street, Heriot Road, Brent Street and vice versa.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
