What is happening?

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(LINCOLN – MOUNT STREET AND VARIOUS ROADS)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 20

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road

Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:
• Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ outside Mount Street nursery entrance to the boundary of number 70 Mount Street.

• Prohibit loading between Mon-Fri 8am-9:30am and 2:30pm-4pm on the junctions of Mount Street, Olive Street and Mildmay Street, Lincoln.

• Introduce mandatory School Keep Clear markings to be in operation Mon-Fri 8am-9:30am and 2:30pm-4pm on Olive Street and Mildmay Street.

Some exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
