What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) - Malvern Road - (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate major sewer repairs and associated works in Malvern Road, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit:-
(a) vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Malvern Road, which lies between the north-eastern kerb-line of Stuart Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 24 and 26 Malvern Road;
(b) pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the western footway of Malvern Road, which lies between the north-eastern kerb-line of Stuart Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 24 and 26 Malvern Road.
When and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 28th May 2026 and 22nd September 2026 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00 am and midnight.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Malvern Road would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.

Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
