NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, proposes to make an Order to introduce a 40 mile per hour speed limit along those lengths of roads described in the Schedule to this notice.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the exact lengths of roads to which it relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the Order, may be:

MAKING REPRESENTATIONS OR OBJECTIONS

Any person wishing to object to, support, or make representations regarding the proposed Order must do so in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, quoting reference number P2162 to: Traffic Orders Section, Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX or by email to: WNCParkingenquiries@kier.co.uk.

All representations must be received no later than 4th June 2026.
