Henley Road - Temporary Road Closure Due To Utility Reinstatement Works
What is happening?
Somerset Council Parish of High Ham Temporary Closure of Henley Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Henley Road - from the junction with Cookes Lane, south-eastwards for a total distance of 30 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out interim to permanent reinstatement works.
The Order becomes effective on 28th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 3rd June 2026 and last until 3rd June 2026 between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 for a total of 8 hours.
