PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.48 (PART) BUXTON
WHEN: 16 May 2026 to 13 November 2026.
WHERE: Close footpath No.48 for approx. 40m at grid reference SK058707.
REASON: To facilitate public safety due to surface damage and dangerous gradient.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: No alternative route is recommended.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of footpath. The footpath will re-open as soon as the work is finished.

The County Council has made an order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
