THE GLA ROADS AND GLA SIDE ROADS (LAMBETH) RED ROUTE CONSOLIDATION TRAFFIC ORDER 2007 A203 GLA ROAD (STOCKWELL ROAD) (ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING POINTS) VARIATION ORDER 2026
1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that on 11th May 2026 it made the above named Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 16th May 2026.
2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to:
(1) reduce the length of the existing parking and disabled persons vehicles bay outside Morant House/Blair House by 20 metres from its north western end;
(2) install a parking and disabled persons vehicles bay outside Morant House/Blair House with a length of 5 metres Mon-Sat 7am-7pm 1 hour no return within 2 hours;
(3) introduce 2 electric vehicles charging bays each with a length of 6.5 metres outside Morant House/Blair House;
(4) install Double Red Lines No Stopping At Any Time with a length of 15 metres outside Morant House/Blair House.
3. The road which would be affected by the Order is is A203 Stockwell Road.
4. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected by appointment during normal office hours at our office at the

Please note due to Hybrid working access to post is restricted and requests for documents may be delayed.
5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
