C143B - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

“The Aberdeenshire Council (C143B Boyndlie Road – 21.05.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 21.05.26 for 14 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C143B Boyndlie Road from the B9031 at Coburty to the C136B at Marchlands.

Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.

The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to works being carried out for a telecoms company. An alternative route is available via the B9031 via B9032 to A98 at Mid Ardlaw, A98 to C136B and Marchlands and C136B to C143B and vice versa. Details of the restriction can be viewed online at https://online. aberdeenshire.gov.uk/apps/roadworks/ Any queries should be directed to Kevin Dingwall on 01467 534659. Head of Legal and People,

Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen, AB16 5GB
