(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2026
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of Bowling Green Pl (from St Andrews Rd to Milne Gdns).
The Order is to allow SPEN works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from
25/05/26 to 01/06/26 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via St Andrews Rd, Kirkmay Rd, Milne Gdns & St Andrews Rd, High St, Lamont Terr and Milne Gdns. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained. Any queries regarding this Notice should be directed to Traffic Management, Roads & Transportation
