30MPH AND 40MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 20**

Staffordshire County Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to impose a 30mph speed limit on Owens Bank, Tutbury and Fauld Lane, Fauld and to impose a 40mph speed limit on Fauld Lane, Tutbury and Fauld. 

This Order will revoke that part of the 40mph speed limit order 1989 insofar as it relates to this Order.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NOS. 30 (PART) AND 32 (PART)
BARTON-UNDER-NEEDWOOD PARISH TEMPORARY CLOSURE

Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council, on 6/5/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along the following sections of Public Footpaths:

– Public Footpath No. 30 Barton under Needwood Parish from its junction with Station Lane for approximately 300 metres in a north easterly direction.

– Public Footpath No. 32 Barton under Needwood Parish from its junction with Station Lane for approximately 154 metres in a north westerly direction.

The closure is required due to the construction of a bridge over the Waltonon- Trent bypass.

No alternative route is available.

A plan has been displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.

This Order came into operation on 12/5/25 and has been extended for a further period of six months, until 12/11/25 or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. This extension has been given approval by the Secretary of State. 

If necessary, the Order may be extended for a further period.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 7/5/26 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

Bridge St, Monk St & Lower High St, Tutbury. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB148802418. The Order will come into operation on 19/5/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 19/5/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the frame and cover replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Dodsleigh Ln, Godstone. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB149027355. The Order will come into operation on 20/5/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 18/5/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 20/5/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecoms installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 20/5/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole testing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Grafton Rd, Burton-on-Trent. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB148746594. The Order will come into operation on 18/5/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 2/6/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the blockage works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

Stone Rd, Bramshall. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB147564931. The Order will come into operation on 30/5/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 31/5/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the level crossing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Wood Ln, Hanbury. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB149021756. The Order will come into operation on 1/6/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
