Notice of Intention to Install Traffic Calming in Station Road, Oakington and Oakington Road, Westwick Cambridgeshire County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to install a raised table and five sets of speed humps between Mill Lane, Oakington and Westwick Farm, Oakington Road, Westwick.

Each set of speed humps is to consist of a sinusoidal hump 100mm high and 2.7m long. The above proposals are intended to promote lower traffic speeds and improve road safety in Station Road and Oakington Road.

District of South Cambridgeshire (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2023 (Amendment No.24) Order 202-
Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make the above named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of this Order will be to install double yellow lines outside properties numbered 45-57 Station Road, Oakington, is intended to facilitate a shared-use footway for pedestrians and cyclists. The introduction of double yellow lines will help prevent parked vehicles from obstructing traffic flow or impairing visibility, thereby improving safety for all road users.

Cambridgeshire County Council, in exercise of its powers under the above-named Act, intends to convert part of the footways to shared use cycle tracks on Station Road, Oakington.
On the northern side starting from a point approximately 34m west of the Guided Busway, across the Guided Busway to a point 27m east of the Guided Busway A map showing the lengths of road concerned, may be examined by using the link https://shorturl.at/cjnIO.
