What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICES

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Pendreich Road, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8-5-26.

This Order will close:

Pendreich Road From its junction with Upper Glen Road to its junction with Sheriffmuir Road from 1-6-26 until 4-6-26 to facilitate public utility works.

Emergency service access will be maintained

Alternative route: via Upper Glen Road, Glen Road, Blairforkie
Drive, Henderson Street, Kenilworth Road, Sheriffmuir Road and vice versa.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Barnton Street, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8-5-26.

This Order will suspend the parking on: Barnton Street On the east side of the road from the most northerly point of the layby outside No 50 Barnton Street in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 40 metres or thereby, and; Barnton Street On the west side of the road from the north gable end of No 49 Barnton Street in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 25 metres or thereby from 2-6-26 until 20-6-26 to facilitate public utility works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Cornton Road, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic - Extension - No 2) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8-5-26.

This Order will close: Cornton Road From its junction with Causewayhead Road to the roundabout at the junction of Westhaugh Road/Strathmore Drive from 30-5-26 until 26-6-26 to facilitate public utility works.

NB: location of work is between Haugh Road and Forthvale Court. Access maintained to Bridgehaugh Road and Forthvale Court.

Alternative Routes: All traffic (except overheight vehicles): Cornton Road, Fountain Road, Henderson Street, Airthrey Road, Causewayhead Road and vice versa.

Overheight vehicles: Cornton Road, Fountain Road, Henderson Street, Airthrey Road, A907, A91, A905, A9 (Burhgmuir Road), Customs Roundabout, A9 Causewayhead Road and vice versa.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (C9, Roman Road, Plean) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8-5-26.

This Order will close: C9 From its junction with the C64 to the Stirling Council/Falkirk Council boundary from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 18-5-26 until 20-5-26 to facilitate public utility works.

Emergency service access will be maintained.

Alternative Routes: via C64, A9, Glen Road, C9 and vice versa.
