ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 27 IN THE PARISH OF WESTON AND CREWE GREEN) – Temporary Prohibition of Users Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by section 15(5) of the aforementioned Act has approved the Order effective from the 17th November 2022 being extended and continuing in force until the 16th May 2027.
The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on part of the following Public Right of Way:
The full length of Public Footpath No. 27 Weston and Crewe Green which commences at OS grid reference SJ 7423 5460 at its junction with Slaughter Hill (B 5077) and running in a generally north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 459 metres to OS grid reference SJ 7452 5495.
The closure is necessary to prevent the likelihood of danger due to a damaged bridge.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on part of the following Public Right of Way:
That length of Public Footpath No. 3 in the Parish of Audlem, which commences at SJ 6609 4353 and runs in a generally easterly direction for approximately 45m to SJ 6614 4352.
The closure is necessary to prevent the likelihood of danger due to a damaged bridge.
