Gorchmyn Sir Gaerfyrddin
(Llwybr Troed 44/71, Hen Gapel Bethel, Glanamman) (Gwaharddiad dros dro ar Gerddwyr) 2026
HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar y 23ain o Dachwedd Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Tri, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a oedd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed 44/71 a nodir yng Nghlwydfa’r Atodlen.
Mae angen cau’r llwybr troed oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd a achosir gan strwythur anselbyd.
Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar y pedwerydd ar hugain o Dachwedd Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Tri ac roedd i fod i ddod i ben ar ôl chwe mis, ond mae’r tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd yn parhau ar Lwybr Troed 44/71, felly mae Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet i Ogledd Cymru a Thrafnidiaeth, yn defnyddio’r pwerau a roddir iddo o dan adran 15(5) Deddf Rheoliad Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991) i ymestyn y cyfnod cau am gyfnod pellach o 6 mis. Bydd parhad y Gorchymyn, yn ôl y cyfamod, yn golygu y bydd y Gorchymyn Cau Dros Dro yn parhau mewn grym tan ac yn cynnwys 23ain o Dachwedd 2026 neu nes bydd pellach ddim tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd.

The County of Carmarthenshire
(Public Footpath 44/71 Old Bethel Chapel, Glanamman) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrian Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council on the 23rd day of November Two Thousand and Twenty Three made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian traffic from proceeding along that length of Footpath 44/71 specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
The closure is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public caused by an unstable structure.
The Order came into force on the Twenty-fourth day of November Two Thousand and Twenty Three and was due to expire after a period of six months, but the likelihood of danger to the public remains on the length of Footpath 44/71 therefore the Cabinet Secretary for North Wales and Transport, one of the Welsh Ministers, has pursuant under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991) consented to extend the closure by a further period of 6 months. The continuation of the Order, by the said direction, will mean that the Temporary Closure Order will continue in force until, and including the 23rd November 2026 or until there is no longer a likelihood of danger to the public.
