MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn drwy arfer eu pwerau o dan adrannau 84(1)(a), 84(2) a 124(1)(d) a (3)(b) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a pharagraff 27 o Atodlen 9 iddi.

Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd gosod terfyn cyflymder 40 mya ar y darn hwnnw o’r gefnffordd yn Scleddau, Sir Benfro, sy’n ymestyn o bwynt 369 o fetrau i’r gogledd-orllewin o ganol ei chyffordd â ffordd yr U3418 i Abergwaun, hyd at bwynt 275 o fetrau i’r de-ddwyrain o ganol yr un gyffordd.

Bydd Gorchymyn Cefnffordd yr A40 (Scleddau, Sir Benfro) (Terfyn Cyflymder 50mya) 2004 (1) yn cael ei ddirymu gan y Gorchymyn arfaethedig.

Yn ystod cyfnod o 21 o ddiwrnodau o 12 Mai 2026 ymlaen, gellir edrych ar gopi o’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, y cynllun sy’n dangos lleoliad ac effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig, y Datganiad o’r Rhesymau dros wneud y Gorchymyn a’r Gorchymyn sy’n cael eu dirymu yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol yn Llyfrgell Abergwaun, Neuadd y Dref, Sgwâr y Farchnad, Abergwaun, SA65 9HA, neu gellir eu gweld ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar https://llyw.cymru/gorchmynion-ffyrdd neu gellir eu cael yn rhad ac am ddim o’r cyfeiriad isod gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod A2405070.

THE A40 TRUNK ROAD (SCLEDDAU, PEMBROKESHIRE) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202-

THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order in exercise of their powers under sections 84(1)(a), 84(2) and 124(1)(d) and (3)(b) of, and paragraph 27 of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to impose a 40mph speed limit on the length of the trunk road in Scleddau, Pembrokeshire, that extends from a point 369 metres north-west of the centre of its junction with the U3418 road to Fishguard, to a point 275 metres south-east of the centre of the same junction.

The A40 Trunk Road (Scleddau, Pembrokeshire) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2004(1) will be revoked by the proposed Order.

During a period of 21 days starting on 12 May 2026, a copy of the proposed Order, plan indicating the location and effect of the proposed Order, Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and the Order being revoked may be inspected during normal office hours at Fishguard Library, Town Hall Market Square, Fishguard SA65 9HA, or can be viewed on the Welsh Government’s website at https://gov.wales/road-orders or may be obtained free of charge from the address below quoting reference number qA2405070.

Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made and quoting reference number qA2405070, must be sent by email to TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales or in writing to the Welsh Government, Orders Branch, Transport, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ by 1 June 2026.

As part of the process of consulting we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues raised. If you do not wish personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state why when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
