Since the completion of the scheme, a number of speed limits have been signed on the ground that are not fully reflected in the current Traffic Regulation Order. To introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following length of road in Chalton:-

1. Sundon Road, from a point approximately 383 southwest of the western Luton Road/Chalton Road roundabout and continuing southwest for a further 115 metres up to the Sundon Road/Chantry Way/Waterslade Way roundabout.

2. The full extent of the Sundon Road/Chantry Way/Waterslade Way roundabout.

3. Chantry Way, from the Sundon Road/Chantry Way/Waterslade Way roundabout and extending in a south-easterly direction for approximately 72 metres.
