(Charlestown) (Various Streets) (On-Street Parking Places and Restrictions on Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2025 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 12th day of May 2026 Cornwall Council made the above Order operational from 18th day of May 2026 to regulate traffic in Charlestown. The effect is to introduce residents only parking and waiting restrictions along the lengths of road described below. 

The Order and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. 

Alternatively, visit https://letstalk.cornwall.gov.uk/transport, email traffic@cormacltd.co.uk or telephone 01872 327250 to obtain further information. Please quote reference Infra25-037 on all correspondence. 

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 12th May 2026, make application for the purpose to the High Court. 

Residents Only Parking Duporth Road opposite Nos 35-39 

No waiting at any time 
Charlestown Road sections along its length; Church Road sections along its length; Crinnis Road at its northern end; Duporth Road sections along its length.
