Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public Footpath BCRIV/1 commencing from a junction with Nelson Villas at ST74206498 and proceeding in a generally SE direction for approx 179m to ST74326485.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be carrying out landscaping improvements as part of the Bath Riverline Project.
The Order will come into force on 29th June 2026 and will be effective until 21st August 2026.
