Cornwall Council - Proposed Pedestrian Crossing Facility

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, under the provisions of Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, Cornwall Council proposes to introduce a new Puffin crossing facility on Henver Road, Newquay, south-east of its junction with Church Street. These improvements are designed to enhance pedestrian safety and to facilitate easier and safer movement across the road.

Copies of the relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Alternatively, please telephone 01872 327281 or email traffic@cormacltd.co.uk to obtain further information. Please quote reference Infra25-083 on all correspondence.

Comments of support, objections or any other representations, must be sent in writing, with objections specifying the grounds on which they are made.
